1. About BusinessMile

BusinessMile is a B2B trade marketplace operated by DIRECTGRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U52399DL2020PTC366407, GSTIN: 07AAHCD8466H1ZA), registered in New Delhi, India. By accessing businessmile.in you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the platform

You may use the platform to post buy requirements, list products, request quotes, and connect with verified suppliers/buyers. You must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable Indian and international trade laws.

3. Verification & listings

We verify suppliers using KYC and GST checks where applicable. However, buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence before entering any commercial transaction.

4. Payments

Only payments made through the official Businessmile payment gateway (Razorpay) are valid. We do not accept payments to any personal UPI ID, bank account, QR code or wallet.

5. Prohibited use

You may not post misleading listings, scrape data, spam users, infringe IP, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

BusinessMile acts only as a facilitator. We are not a party to trades between buyers and suppliers and are not liable for product quality, delivery, payment disputes, or losses arising from third-party dealings.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
