This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund procedures for services provided by BusinessMile, managed by DIRECTGRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“BusinessMile”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
1. Refund regarding Buy Leads
A refund request for ‘Buy leads’ based on non-contactable contact information must be made within five days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after this period will not be considered for a refund.
There will be no refunds for leads that were cancelled or fulfilled since we have no role in monitoring the deal closing, transactions, or user preferences.
To request a refund under this policy, the refund amount cannot exceed 25% of the assigned lead quota. Once this limit is reached, the refund option will not be available regardless of the reason for the refund request.
2. Payment and Refund
Membership/Subscription Fee
All payments to BusinessMile must be made in favor of Directgro India Pvt. Ltd. 100% advance payment is required for uninterrupted paid services.
No other individual or organization is authorized to collect payments on our behalf. Payments made through unauthorized channels will not be accepted, and BusinessMile reserves the right to deny liability for any damage caused by such transactions.
Subscription fees must be paid promptly upon demand. Late payments may result in termination of the membership agreement.
3. Refund Policy
Once subscribed, no refund will be issued regarding the membership fee. BusinessMile makes no guarantee for the accuracy, authenticity, or timeliness of user-generated content. Our services are provided on a best effort basis.
4. Refund for Fraudulent Transactions
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and transactions. BusinessMile cannot be held liable for fraudulent transactions conducted by users.
5. Refund for Change in Preference/Slackening of Process
Once an order is made, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Changes in personal preferences will not be considered as a reason for a refund.
