1. Refund Policy for Buy Leads
- Refund requests for Buy Leads due to non-contactable information must be submitted within five (5) days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
- Requests made after this period will not be considered.
- No refunds will be provided for leads that have been cancelled or fulfilled, as BusinessMile does not monitor deal closures, transactions, or user preferences.
- The total refundable amount for Buy Leads will not exceed 25% of the assigned lead quota. Once this limit is reached, no further refunds will be granted regardless of the reason.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in favor of Directgro India Pvt. Ltd. with 100% advance payment required for uninterrupted service.
- Payments made through unauthorized channels or individuals will not be accepted, and BusinessMile will not be liable for any issues arising from such transactions.
- Subscription or membership fees must be paid promptly. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. No Refund After Service Fulfillment or Project Commencement
- Once BusinessMile begins work on your project or service, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- If a refund request is made after work has commenced, BusinessMile reserves the right to deduct the amount equivalent to costs incurred or work performed up to that point before processing any remaining refundable balance.
- If BusinessMile has fulfilled its commitments as outlined in the service agreement or deliverables, no refund will be provided.
4. Refunds for Fraudulent Transactions
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information confidential.
- BusinessMile cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions conducted by users.
5. No Refund for Change of Mind or Preference
Cancellation of orders or requests based on change of personal preference, decision to discontinue service, or “no longer needed” reasons will not be eligible for refunds.
